P-12, r. 13 - Regulation respecting refresher training periods for podiatrists
Section 2.10
Disposition versions
2.10. After study of each of the reports required in virtue of sections 2.07 and 2.08, the board of directors shall decide, within 30 days after completion of the training period, whether it is in compliance with the objectives and the terms and conditions it has determined.
Notwithstanding the first paragraph, the time limit shall be 45 days after completion of the training period if such time starts between 1 June and 20 August.
